I greatly appreciate the reminders via text and emails that I receive from the dealership. I like that they remind me that I have reward points to use and ask if they can help schedule an appointment. I know that the dealership charges are quite a bit more than going to a stand alone shop, but if I have points or discounts, I like the dealership as I feel they have my vehicle interest in mind and not just pushing me through to get to the next customer. The people at the dealership were very friendly and the oil change and tire rotation was done quickly and I appreciated the car wash. Thank you!

Tire was leaking air and I've never had to put air in my tires so I called the dealership and Mark was so nice to tell me to stop in and he would put air in my tire however it had been leaking so he squeezed me in and had my tire checked and there was a nail in it which they took care of right away everyone at this dealership has always been so kind and considerate always know I will be well taken care of when I come in there

Dealer turned the vehicle around in a day which was great. Service rep Marc was great and applied a service coupon which helped. Overall, the dealer repair costs were significantly higher and not competitive. Recognize it’s a dealership with a different cost structure and using genuine GM parts, but they are almost double what highly recommended repair shops charge. Won’t be back unless absolutely have to.

Buick Envision 2022 ST The one thing messed up overall good experience. The brakes: They were squeaking on reverse, very loud. Took car back to dealership, they fixed front brakes only. Now it is pulsating when braking. Rear brakes rotors have 1/4% rust on the braking surfaces. And brakes are not as powerful as on my other cars. Rust is possible having effect on this. Send e-mail to Serra Buick salesmen, so far it was not answered...

All work was done well and chare was as expected per information provided ahead of repairs. However, I was disappointed that the front brakes lasted only 36,430 miles and rotors apparently could not be resurfaced. These replacement brakes squalled and needed to be treated at Serra, which cost more money and did not solve the problem. The original front brakes lasted 110,151 miles before replacement at Serra.

Typical oil change and tire rotation went well. Previous visit was a ball joint and suspension arm replacement. After a little more than 1000 miles tire edge wear was worse or same, so they rechecked alignment. Realigned and tightened everything up, seems ok but will know with time. Try to get corrected before putting on a new set of tires. They were very amicable to recheck and to make sure they got it right.

The dealership was poor at communicating. I had to call directly for updates throughout. I had an 8:30am appointment for check engine light. Advisor said it could be done same day or it may go to next day. I called at 4:30 to get update before they closed and was told he would call back shortly which he never did. I didn’t get a call the next day so I called after 11am to get update. Issue sounded similar to special coverage matter that was previously repaired but when I asked about it the advisor was not certain and didn’t have good explanation why it wasn’t covered by the special coverage this time. Overall they need to be proactive in communicating status and be an advocate for the customer.

I came in for oil change and tire rotation. After I left the dealership my tire pressure light came on. I’ve never had a tire rotation where the air pressure was not checked. Back driver tire was at 24, back passenger 30, front tires 35. Then they said they washed my car. They did not. But that’s fine not a big deal. My main issue is that Jeff knew I had a $25 off discount but when I checked out the discount was not on the bill. So I had to wait another 10 minutes for this nice gentleman to assist me and correct the bill for me. I wish I knew his name. He sits in the very first desk. Very nice and helpful.

While I did mark excellent for the work done I have a few little things. I don't understand way the tech's have to move the seat. I do understand why but why can't they just move it forward or backwards. Not totally change the position. I had the radio off so not to be on and be an annoyance. Again, why do they have to turn the radio on and change my station. I mean they are in the vehicle for just a few minutes, they have to listen to the radio while they move the vehicle. One other small thing, I had a cover on my arm rest as I use it often, why it is there. I have a small cover I keep on it to keep arm oils from marking it over time. Yes, I'm very anal about my vehicles. iIdidn't notice it was gone until I got home. I called to see if it could be found, no return call. Again not a big deal but another something. I've already replaced it.

I was without a car for about a month and half also when I took my car in I had my bumper fixed some what so it wasn’t hanging off when I got my car back my bumper was hanging off with no explanation about it at all I know it was already messed up but I had so it wasn’t hanging took my are in car on 6/24/25 and got it back on 8/4/25 I’m happy I was able to get a loner for most of the time it did help

He went through every feature in the car!!! Very knowledgeable about the technology in the vehicle and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. All the people there were kind and friendly. Asked me if I wanted something to drink and offered me snacks as I was waiting. I will be returning to see Tim again in the future. I brought my truck in for two recalls one of them was for a potentially loose front grill cap. I wasn't really worried about this issue, I looked at the grill and it was not loose but since I had to take my truck in for a more serious engine recall I had you look at it as well. When I picked my truck up the service rep informed me that they the part was not in stock and would have to be ordered. I had no problem with this except that they removed the old part and when I asked when I could expect to have it replaced the rep just replied with I don't know. The explanation I was given was that the piece could come off on the road so they had to remove it. In my opinion that is BS, this is not the first time I have had problems with service at this dealership but it will be the last. I have one more visit to your shop, for the part you owe me after that I will not return.

I had a bit of an emergency. I was out and about and at some point an error showed up on my dashboard that I had very low air pressure in one of my tires. So I made a call to the Serra Service Department to see if I could get in and have that tire checked without a pre-appointment. They said yes I could bring my car in and I figured I might be there for more than an hour or so because I didn't have a scheduled appointment, but the tire was inspected, patched and filled with air in a very short time. Very friendly and accommodating business. (Apparently my tire picked up a nail while running my errands that morning.)

I took my Terrain in for a oil change plus tire rotation. upon receiving the car I looked and saw they didn't rotate the tires as required. I asked the service manager why they didn't and he questioned how I knew they weren't rotated and my answer was, I marked the left front tire and it was still in the left front. The story is, I had a 7:00AM 9/9/25 appointment for Tuesday and dropped the car off late Monday afternoon. So instead of waiting until Tuesday they rushed the car through Monday afternoon and I believe they didn't have time to rotate the tires. I only hope they changed the oil and filter. I know took it in late Monday because one of the service tech's told me he thought the tire rotation specialist rotated the tires because Serra uses a 2 man rotation team.

On Oct 7 we took the vehicle in because we had required a jump to start the car when we had stopped at a grocery store - at which time the check engine light appeared, and on testing nothing was found to be amiss, The charge for this was $348.99 - - all labor, no parts. Inasmuch as we had we had the same vehicle there on 8/4 which included a lot of testing and parts totaling $979.and on 7/29 there was testing and parts for $470.88. So, would you be happy if you had spent $1798.98 in just over two months for the same “check engine” light issue?

The current customer experience is average due to an outdated operational model. While vehicle technology continues to evolve rapidly, the dealership has not kept pace with this transformation. Its systems and equipment are obsolete, resulting in inefficiencies and a lack of alignment with modern automotive standards. To address this, I would recommend a complete modernization of the facility. The service area should be redesigned to be clean, bright, and equipped with modern computers and diagnostic tools. This area would focus on internal vehicle servicing and repairs. A separate, dedicated zone should handle parts, fluids, and quick maintenance services to optimize workflow and reduce congestion. Every vehicle entering the dealership should be washed and sanitized before delivery. Customers must leave with a car that is not only serviced but also cleaner and more appealing than when it arrived. The mechanics’ workspace must be well-lit, ventilated, and impeccably clean. A well-designed, organized, and attractive work environment not only improves employee morale but also enhances productivity and service quality.

I brought my Acadia in in the morning because the previpus evening while on the way home, the whold dash went black. The dash came back on and the vehicle continued to run so I made it home. I had an excellent first experience with this dealership. I dropped my car off at 7:30 a.m. and used their shuttle service to get to work. I needed a new tire, and they had it replaced by lunchtime. Around 1 p.m., the shuttle picked me up, and I was back at work within 15 minutes. They even washed my car, and the shuttle driver was very friendly. Overall, the service was outstanding!

So far were satisfied with the service done on our Yukon. It’s easy to make appts and we always feel confident in Marc to tell us what needs to be done on our car. Our only concern is that the last service appt last winter the tires were rotated and after driving to Florida we saw that -2-3 of the lug nuts on both tires on the same side of the car were gone. I mentioned it to Marc at this appt but he didn’t think it was from the appt but we can’t imagine how else it happened.

My lights on the dash were flickering and I brought my car in for a checkup just to make sure everything was working properly. I had had a car do a similar thing in the past and it broke down on me on the interstate so I wanted to prevent that from happening in the future. When I explained this to the service worker he swiftly brushed it off and said “I’ve been doing this a long time”. He was very condescending and rude to me at every interaction. When he called to tell me my car was ready for pickup I asked him what he found and he quickly rattled off part names like I knew what he was talking about, which any common person would not understand. When I picked it up I again asked him what they found and he again used part names that I had no idea what he meant, when come to find out he just replaced the flickering buttons. It should be common sense to use everyday terminology when speaking with customers. I am a healthcare provider and would never speak to a patient using only medical terminology, unless I was trying to make them feel stupid. Which this service worker very clearly was.

My experience was fair, after I was told initially I couldn't get a loaner until my parts came in... I did eventually get a loaner vehicle to drive and then waited approximately 3 weeks for pads and rotors for my 2024 GMC Acadia which is not likely any fault of the dealership. After the work was completed I noticed my brake pad wear sensor had not been reset so after new brakes the sensor is displaying 20% brake life remaining they attempted to reset the wear sensor but could not then I was told to bring the vehicle back to dealership on Saturday and they looked at sensor and told me not to worry just keep driving it will reset itself somehow which made no sense to me, well that was a month and 1k miles ago and the sensor has not reset itself me nor the dealership knows how to reset the wear sensor so I'll just keep driving it until it says 0% remaining and go from there. and did mention my front brake caliper seized after 15k miles on my 2024 Acadia which started this ordeal.

I had a blown tire and and had bought the tire protection wheel plan. Unfortunately tire was nto available and had to be ordered. It took a long of time to get to the dealership (4 days oher stores already have it). The follow up from the service agent was poor. I had to keep calling him to know the status of the tire, since the agent never care to call me. Finally on Friday night I had my last call and was told the agent had leave with no follow up note to call me. Tire was already in the shop. IF it was not for me calling I guess i would still waiting for the agent call. Luckily for me Cortopasi was my new agent and he managed to get the service done the next day even though they don't do those type of services on Saturday's. The other complaint is that my black wheel got scratched. I was waiting for someone to explain the situation at the dealership and that person never show up. I got tired of waiting and now i bought a wheel paint.

Had my Yukon in for some minor body work. After one week I was able to pick it up. Upon driving it home I noticed several changes in my presets as well as foot prints in the back seat mats. Someone drove my vehicle with passengers. I recently cleaned the rubber mats prior to taking in. When the vehicle was dropped off it had 3,535 miles. When I picked it up it had 4,700 miles.

I was in for an oil change and tire sensor replacement. They also found I needed two filters replaced. They were filthy. Josh H. was my Service Rep and very nice and helpful. I had a chance to get a much cheaper sensor instead of Serra, but I wanted GM products in my car. I was amazed in the difference in prices from one company to another. I also liked the paperwork I received when I was finished. I liked being able to see what was done to my Acadia and what condition it was in by using checkmarks for the different categories. I had never seen this before. This is a nice, friendly place to take your car, truck, etc.

We had an alarming condition on our new Buick Envision where the RPMs started to rev up on its own. We came in on a Thursday afternoon, was told that a repair might take days and were quickly given a courtesy car. (We only have one car in our household.) Took my 2016 Buick Regal to get new sensors for the tires and new batteries for the 2 fobs at Serra Buick, Rochester Hills, MI. Everyone is very nice. Marc Cortopassi, service advisor, is very concerned and conscientious about the car and service. He does a great job. I like to be able to wait in the customer lounge for the car work. They operate in a timely manner. Comfortable chairs, on the wall screen TV, and a terrific coffee maker that has a great assortment of specialty coffees. Amber, who drives people home, etc., is particularly nice and accommodating, too. Dottie, the cashier, is very patient and nice. It's a pleasure to take the car in for service.
